About The Program

This full 12 Week Training Guide is for soccer players who want to get stronger and faster while training at home. Athletes anywhere from the recreational to collegiate level can benefit from this program to improve speed, strength and stamina.

All that is required is a space to do bodyweight exercises, and 30 meters of space for sprint training.
