12 Week Program: Ronaldo Bodyweight Training
This 12 week training program is specifically for soccer players who want to improve their speed, strength, and stamina while training at home. This program is broken down into 3 training blocks that are each 4 weeks long. All that is required is common household equipment, a field or neighborhood to run in, and 30 meters of space for sprints.
These sample workouts are designed to introduce athletes to training speed, strength, and stamina. Although they are not full training programs, they are a good starting point for players who are interested in learning more about improving the basics of athleticism.
