Past Client Reviews

I really appreciate the program I received from this trainer, both for rehabilitation and strength and conditioning! I remember trying out hip and core exercises that I have done before, but with his expert tips I was able to target the areas even more! And my ankle stability has improve greatly in just 1 month! I definitely recommend. He checks on you periodically, even remotely you feel his support!

I told Andy about knee pain I was having while I was running, and wanted to solve that problem without sacrificing any time on my mile pace. Andy built a program, taking my wants and goals into consideration and managed to solve my knee problems by focusing on leg strength and endurance, and still managing to get my pace faster.
