This program is designed for adult players (22+) to increase your resilience and decrease the time spent on the sidelines injured. Each week Includes:
- 2 Gym Sessions
- 2 Conditioning Sessions
- Optional Injury Prevention Sessions

How is This Program Specific to Sunday League for Men?
The best way to prevent injury and improve performance in this population is to improve aerobic conditioning and baseline strength. That is the #1 goal of this program.
How Often Would I Get New Exercises?
A balance between new exercises to keep things fresh and repeating exercises to see progress is absolutely essential. Every 2 weeks you'll get a new rep scheme, and every 4 weeks you'll get new exercises.
