What is the Difference Between 1-on-1 Fitness and Your Fitness Subscription Plans?

With the 1-on-1 fitness program, you get weekly contact and feedback directly from Dr. Andy on your fitness goals. The entire program is tailored to you, your environment, and your goals.

The fitness subscription plans are instead are at a more affordable rate as they're tailored to a specific population (such as high school boys or adult females) instead of a specific individual.

What is Consistant Across All Your Programs?

All of our fitness programs are dedicated to drive two main priorities: decrease risk of injury and increase on field performance.

What Is Your Pricing?

  • 1-on-1 Fitness & Rehab - $150/mo
  • Fitness Subscriptions - $20/mo
  • Prehab Programs - $40 flat fee

HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

We don't let insurance dictate care. By choosing to not accept insurance, we can:

  • See you immediately without a referral or approvals from insurance
  • Give you 1-on-1 care for your entire appointment
  • Recover from injury faster AND with less visits
