Andy does a great job individualizing the workouts for you and he really helped me prepare for my upcoming soccer season. He is very easy to contact if you have any questions, which is very convenient if you don’t understand something in the program. The Futbol Physios created an 8-week workout program for me and I saw huge, noticeable changes. It was adjusted slightly on a weekly basis too, so I knew they were paying attention to my progress and changing needs. If you are self-disciplined, this program will do wonders.

I worked with Andy through the 8 week long training program, and we just finished up last week. I had told Andy about knee pain I was having while I was running, and wanted to solve that problem without sacrificing any time on my mile pace. Andy built the program, taking my wants and goals into consideration and managed to solve my knee problems by focusing on leg strength and endurance, and still managing to get my pace faster. He would check in weekly to make sure I was doing alright with the workouts and if I had any questions or concerns. To top it off, I was moving from New Jersey to Tennessee mid way through the training program and Andy was able to work with my hectic schedule and help me adjust the program on the fly so that I didn’t have to lose a single day of training. Andy is an extremely considerate and knowledgeable trainer who is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. I would most definitely recommend the program to anyone who is trying to get stronger or faster, or an all around healthier lifestyle.

I really appreciate the program I received from this trainer! Both for rehabilitation and strength and conditioning! Looking forward to work with him on soccer specific training. He is very knowledgeable and I trust the science he applies to every exercise! I remember trying out hips and core exercise that I have done before, but with his expert tips I was able to target the areas even more! And my ankle stability has improve greatly in just 1 month! I definitely recommend. He always remain professional, checks on you periodically , even remotely you feel his support!
